What is the most common reason?
Physical verification of the premises failed, in 27% of rejections with a recorded reason.
Can I reapply after a rejection?
Yes. A rejection does not stop you applying again. Fix the cause first: the right premises documents, an address that will pass physical verification, and a complete reply to any query within the time allowed.
